DEVELOPMENT
Established in 1995, we have over 400 employees and more than 120 different installations. CBM is comprised by a group of professionals with vast experience of over 30 years in maintenance cleaning, sanitation, particulate control and coatings of all types of floors. We maintain continuing education with the Building Service Association in the United Sates.
OUR CAPACITY
In Capital Building Maintenance we are proud of our personnel. We feel that we have the best talent in the service industry. Our managerial team is composed by extraordinary professionals, contributing constantly with their knowledge, specialties and commitment in our growth. Our cleaning services are available seven (7) days per week, twenty four (24) hours, 365 days a year.
QUALITY CONTROL
The Quality Control division is responsible for planning, organizing, evaluating and implementing the continuous improvement program and ensuring that we exceed the expectations of our clients. This division periodically performs inspections documented in the industries and commercial establishments in which we provide services. It is their responsibility to evaluate the quality of the services provided and identify areas for improvement by presenting corrective actions in the short term. Periodically informs and relates the supervisory personnel with the most modern cleaning techniques to comply with the requirements established by the regulatory agencies.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Training and continuous education to staff, encouraging the recognition of employees in the performance of their functions. It trains all new employees regarding the regulations procedures of the company. Promotes the participation of staff in seminars and training's offered by the government or private agencies. Design and structure recognition programs based on the performance and productivity of outstanding employees when performing tasks with zero defects. Our Focus is to train staff with the highest and most modern learning methods in these areas techniques, training, seize group evaluation.
